  Nice and clean restaurant here. I'm not from the South or even Little Rock and this is the cleanest chain fast food joint around here (David's Burgers is great too).
  
  It's definitely a newer store as the inside/outside is modern and trendy. I been to Zaxby's in Georgia in the past.  
  
  The staff are very friendly and helpful. I witnessed a staff member carry out food for a nice old man - that is a rare sight even at a fancy restaurant.
  
  I ordered the five finger plate that comes with five real chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, Texas Toast, and a single package of Zax sauce. The chicken was juicy with flavour and not with oil. The outer layer was crunchy and not too overpowering with salt. French fry seasoning was adequate and not too salty either. Cole slaw was decent. Texas Toast was excellent. Four stars thank you.

  I love Zaxby's!!! Oh my goodness. When ever I'm visiting the South, I will make a special trip to eat here. I feel that they are better than a particular rival? Lol!! The service and food were awesome. I wished they would have coupons though.

  Great fried chicken strips and wings. The hot is nice and spicy.
  This place has really good flavor, freshly fried food, buttery Texas toast, and a multi flavor coke machine. The machine can quickly develop a line since it takes a while for people to make their choices.
  
  My favorite thing are the crinkle cut fries, this cut makes me and happy, lol. Service is quick, efficient and friendly (I've ordered in store and through the drive thru). Restrooms are clean, though tables aren't cleared as often as they could be, even early there are sticky tables and food on the floor.
  
  I will continue to return when I need my chicken fix.

  We love Zaxby's. Been eating at them for years-originally discovered them in Jackson Mississippi. We were so excited to get one here in Little Rock recently. We love their wings etc-eat here once a week! I cannot give 5 stars to this location because it is consistently nasty. Outside and inside. I've sent surveys in to corporate (the ones you get on your receipts) and nothing has changed in 6 months. The beverage area is always disgusting. Even when you get there at opening time it looks like syrupy spills all over the place. Floors going in to the restaurant need power washing. Just months and months of greasy build up and spills. The windows and glass doors are ridden w smears from months of nasty hands . Come on guys. Step it up!! Oh and the dining room floors are so slippery w greasy residue you may bust your butt!!! What's the kitchen like?? I want you to succeed but you gotta get w the cleanliness!!!

  The food was awesome, hot and exactly what I ordered. The problem was I order online and was told 8 mins. When I get there the cashier told me my order would be ready shortly. I waited for 7 mins after the scheduled time for pick up. Another cashier said my order is coming, bone in wings take a little longer. 20 mins after that a walk back to the counter, the original cashier asked was I still waiting on my online order. This instantly made me mad because I stood in front on the counter the whole time. She then says it would be 15 mins because they would be fresh. When I told her nevermind, I wanted my money back, one of the cooks calls out it was a min and thirty seconds left. I waited and received my food 30 mins after the scheduled time. I would rather them told me my order was over looked. Like I said the food was good but the wait is terrible.
